Some recent photos worthy of “Foto del día” status, but ones I’ve not had a chance to post.
My favorite meal I had in total my time in Peru. It’s ceviche with extra ají de rocotto, papas (potatoes), camote (sweet potatoes), and choclo (thicker corn). Besides being really good, I love how colorful and pretty the dish was.
